As of February 2026, we have relocated our headquarters from Bolzano, Italy to Cologne, Germany. With this strategic move, we have founded novala{b}z GmbH, establishing our long-term base in Germany and further strengthening our position within the European energy and e-mobility market.
While our legal entity has evolved, our mission, expertise, and commitment to excellence in software development, project execution, EVSE certification, and legal metering remain unchanged. From Cologne, we continue to serve our international partners with the same technical depth, regulatory expertise, and hands-on project experience — now with an even stronger presence in the German and EU market.
novala{b}z is founded in 2022 in Bolzano, Italy as a specialized engineering and consulting company. Built on a strong technical background in energy systems, EV charging infrastructure, and regulatory compliance, the company focuses on delivering high-precision expertise in EVSE certification, legal metering (Mess- und Eichrecht), and complex cross-border projects within the European market.
Operating as a lean and highly agile structure, novala{b}z supports manufacturers, utilities, and technology providers with hands-on project execution, conformity assessments, system requirements engineering, and strategic technical advisory.
